- DVLA Photocard
- TfL Private Hire Driver (PHL)
- TfL Private Hire Vehicle Licence (PHV)
- MOT Test Certificate (where required)
- Certificate of Insurance (and associated schedules where required)
- Hire Agreement and/or Permission Letter (where required)
- Vehicle Logbook (V5C) or accepted substitute
